Newsletter – December 2013

Newsletter - December 2013

Things are going well but, as usual, not in a way we expected.

Our three month bible school course is ending. We began with four students and ended with three. We would like to continue with it and have learned many things on how to educate young people for the work of the gospel. We are looking for new students for the third week in January, preferably men. It will last for two months and we only have places for four students.

We just purchased some more Arabic New Testaments and have found a great place in the West Bank to distribute to Muslims. We go there once a month and many people take our gifts.

We met two Jewish girls yesterday, one was 18 and the other was younger and the girl was a Canadian. We told her who we are and she said “I love Jesus”. She took the NT and one for her friend as we are not able to give to people under 18 but the 18 year old is able to.

We are working on a project to print the four Gospels and Acts in spoken Arabic in Classical Arabic, it’s called Amea. Sadly this is opposed by many local believers but, in the tradition of Tyndale, we want that even the ploughman to be able to read the Bible.

Prayer requests:-

  • Evangelism among Jews and Arabs.
  • A Jordan trip.
  • New Testaments for Egypt.
  • Printing of Paul Washer study books in Arabic, and Engish and Russian.

Thanks for Praying
